Our annual fall excursion to the Farmington River is back! With cooling river temperatures, active bugs, and big brown trout becoming increasingly active as spawning season approaches, October is one of the best times of year to fish the Farmington. We’ll be staying at Legends on the Farmington, a sportsman’s lodge located right on the river in Barkhamsted, Connecticut.
This trip is limited to 4 anglers and is intended for intermediate and advanced fly anglers.
The trip includes two full days of guided fishing, with two anglers paired with each guide. Lunch will be eaten on the river at your own leisure, with no scheduled group lunch break. There will also be opportunities to fish on your own before, after, and around the guided trips.
