Father's Day at Trout Camp

If you are not able to be with your dad on this Father’s Day, please consider joining us for a self-guided wading adventure on the Upper Delaware!!

Come out to Deposit, NY for the JASC Trout Camp! It’s prime time for dry fly fishing and we’ve got a comfortable house with a pavilion, fire pit and 150 feet of easy, wadeable riverfront access. That’s right! Just walk across the street and step in! Were staying in the special regs “no-kill” section, within a half mile of the Cannonsville dam release. No matter how hot the day may be, here the water stays quite cool and full of wily trout.

The house opens Thursday after 4pm. We’ll lay food out so you can drop your gear and recharge. Come relax around the fire or join us fishing right out front. Over the weekend, we’re going to visit the sweet public access spots (Game Lands, Indian Country, Laurel Bank, and more). Friday and Saturday are all about the fishing. Each day after breakfast, we’ll pack a lunch and fish until 3pm, when we break for an early dinner. By eating and recharging during this slow time, we’ll be ready for uninterrupted fishing through the evening hatch.

Equipment needed: New York State fresh-water fishing license, 5 weight rod/reel set-up, waders w/ belt, wading boots, wading staff, your favorite fishing pack, polarized glasses and a hat.

Limited to 5 anglers. Level 3 and above.

$375
