Juliana's Anglers is a women's fly fishing club based in New York City. The purpose of our club is to encourage all women interested in fly fishing to enjoy the sport with other women by making fishing accessible through education, conservation, planned activities, and events.
Juliana's welcomes women at all levels of the sport, from the curious who have never held a rod, to avid fishers who spend as much time on the water as on land. |

Eric Newman: Secret New York Fishing Spots
Join the Juliana's for an illuminating discussion with Eric Newman about new places for you to fly fish in New York State. Based on his experience writing "Flyfisher's Guide to New York" he will suggest streams and ponds to fish, how to fish them, what to bring and when to go. Eric will also be happy to sign copies of his book; bring your own copy or pick one up at the store.
The meeting will begin with wine and snacks at 6:30pm at the Urban Angler, located at 206 Fifth Avenue on the 3rd Floor, between 25th and 26th streets. The building is directly across the street from Madison Square Park, and the store is on the third floor. You will not see the store from street level so look for their flag!
